| No, registration is not compulsory in order to consult the data and use the online reservation service. |

| To make an online reservation you must go to the company website: www.ichotelsgroup.com. There, type in the information and search for a hotel. Once the hotel has been found, the vacancies are displayed and then follow the instructions to make your booking. |

| If you are making a reservation as a Priority club member, no private information will be displayed. If you are not a club member, you must key in your personal data. The reservation is secure and the website is encrypted. |

| You can cancel an online reservation provided that the type of tariff chosen allows cancellations. Please bear in mind that modifications or cancellation with some tariffs are not permitted. |

| Your credit card can guarantee the reservation with expected arrival after 04.00 pm. You must provide your card data (holder's name, card type, card number, and expiry date) by fax or e-mail. In case of non-arrival the first night will be charged. No deposit is required for individual reservations. |
