| In order to become member simply fill in the registration form available in any of the chain’s hotels, or you may register online through the website www.holiday-inn.com, selecting the area dedicated to Priority club, then follow the instructions in the section entitled Create Online Profile and key in your personal profile. |

| How do I modify or update my ID member and password? |

| In order to change your personal profile go to the Internet website www.holiday-inn.com, and in the Priority club section select ";Create Online Profile" or "Customer care", and select the items you wish to modify. |

| What do I need to do if I forget my member ID and password? |

| You can retrieve your member ID and password by logging on to the website. In the Create Online Profile section select: "Lost your PIN". |
